Everything coaches usually ask us before enrolling in the Level 1 certification.
With the Beyond Padel Academy Level 1 course, you can complete your certification in one intensive week in Marbella. The course combines on-court practice with theory, so you finish ready to run your own coaching sessions from day one.
Yes. The full Level 1 certification is taught in English by professional coaches, making it one of the few in-person padel coaching courses in Spain fully delivered in English.
No. You need a basic level of padel and a passion for teaching. The course focuses on how to teach — technique analysis, session planning and communication — not on your personal ranking as a player.
The Beyond Padel Academy Level 1 Certification prepares you to coach at clubs and academies worldwide. Our methodology is applied by our own academies in Spain, Kuwait and the Dominican Republic, and our graduates can access our international coaching network.
The main venue is Los Naranjos Padel in Nueva Andalucia, Marbella (Costa del Sol, Spain) — with special international editions held in other countries throughout the year.
Earnings vary by country and club, but qualified padel coaches in Europe typically charge between 30 and 60 EUR per hour, and demand is growing as padel is the fastest-growing racket sport in the world. Full-time academy roles and international positions can pay significantly more.
